If there are any South Sudan stamps in the applicants passport no visa will be issued by the embassy in London.

It is very hard to obtain a tourist visa for Sudan, it can take a minimum of 8 weeks, all applications are reffered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. There is no way to chase them with any updates

The embassy may request for the applicant to apply in person is applying for a tourist visa.

Must not contain any Israeli Stamps

Three passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

• On company headed paper
• Include the full name of applicant
• include the name of the organisation to be visited.
• specify the the visa request
• Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
• Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

• must be on company headed paper
• Include applicants full name.
• State purpopse of journey and the visa request.
• Be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the approval needs to be transmitted to the embassy in London. Once they have received the approval the visa will be granted

Certificate issued by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs

For any Humanitarian Organisations a copy of the certificate needs to be submitted

Must provide evidence of UK residency,

Processing time will depend on if the Sudan Embassy in London has received the approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

If they have received the approval visa is issued within 24 hours

No visas are issued until the embassy has received the approval
