Important Information	The Saudi Arabian embassy no longer excepts personal applications at the embassy. All visa applications need to be submitted through an authorised travel agency. Key Travel are able to submit business, family visit and work visas All our applications are submitted to a supplier before being submitted to the embassy as all documents need to be translated into arabic and a reference number needs to be generated. The fees quoted below include there fee. When sending your visa application to Key Travel please can you ensure the all documents are flat and not folded. please send them in an A4 envelope. - if the application form is folder a fee may occur for a form fill.

Passport	Must be valid for 6 months beyond entry date and have at least two blank visa pages facing each other. Must not contain any Israeli Stamps
Photographs	Two passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth Please ensure that passport photos are NOT glued or stapled to the application form. Please attach by paper clip.
Proof of Relationship	Must provide supporting documents of person visiting Copy of marriage certificate (if visiting wife/husband) Copy of birth certificate
Letter of Invitation	A letter of invitation from the person applicant is visiting Must be authorised by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affaris or Saudi Chamber of Commerce
Non UK passport holders	If you have a non UK passport holder you need to provide your UK residency permit and a recent utility bill (within last 3 months) EU national just need to provide a utility bill(within last 3 months)

UK Business Letter	A letter from the applicants UK Employer. On company headed paper Include the full name of applicant include the name of the organisation to be visited. specify the the visa request Include who is financially responsible for applicant. Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.
Letter of Invitation	A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting Must be issued by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Saudi Chamber of Commerce Bear the applicants employer

Employment Contract	Evidence of employment, This needs to be the original contract of employment
Educational Qualifications	Evidence of academic qualifications in the field of the job applied for. These also need to be legalised. (if no longer have these please just include your CV)
Curriculum Vitae	Copy of C.V
Medical Certificate	One fully complted signed and stamped medical certificate in the original form from the applicants doctor. This must Be issued in the UK Be issued within the last three months Be Legalised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
Letter of Invitation	A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. Be on company headed paper Include the name of the applicant. request the issuance of the visa state the offer of the job is based on experiance if the applicant has no qualifications.
