Important Information	Visas for Kenya can be obtained on arrival. Please check with our reservation staff, however Key Travel strongly recommeds getting a visa prior to travel. Multiple entry visas are only issued to UK nationals The embassy has advised they will be closed additionally on Friday 9th December

Photographs	One passport sized photo - must have a white background and taken within the last 6 months Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth
Exceptions for Non UK passport holders	Countries of the following nationality require approval from Nairobi; applications are sent to Nairobi for approval. Processing time can take from six weeks sometimes longer Afghanistan, Armenia, Iraq, Lebanon,Mali, North Korea, Tajikistan, Senegal, Somali, Syria, Jordon, Nigeria, Cameroon and Azerbaijan

UK Business Letter	A letter from the applicants UK Employer. On company headed paper Include the full name of applicant include the name of the organisation to be visited. specify the the visa request Include who is financially responsible for applicant. Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.
Letter of Invitation	A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting must be on company headed paper Include applicants full name. State purpopse of journey and the visa request. This is preffered but not essential
