Passport Must be valid for six months beyond exit and have at least one blank page
Photographs One passport sized colour photo - be on a whote background and taken within the last 6 months
Proof of Employment

A letter from the applicants employer confirming employment

  • Be on company headed paper
  • Include name of the applicant
  • Confirm the applicant is an employee of the company
  • Specify purpose of journey
  • state the applicants expected date to return to work
Copy of applicants passport A clear copy of the applicants information page of there passport

Business Letter

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

  • On company headed paper
  • Include the full name of applicant
  • include the name of the organisation to be visited.
  • specify the the visa request
  • Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
  • Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.
Letter of Invitation

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

  • must be on company headed paper
  • Include applicants full name.
  • State purpopse of journey and the visa request.

     

    This is preffered but not essential

Notes Applicants applying for a multiple entry visa please note that applications will be reffered for up to six weeks and must supply a letter of invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
