A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

• On company headed paper
• Must be address to the High Commission, embassy address above)
• Include the full name of applicant
• Include the name of the organisation to be visited.
• specify the the visa request
• Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
• Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department
   
• Please ensure this is addressed to the Indian High Commission with the full embassy address as stated above

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

• must be on company headed paper

• Include applicants full name.
• State purpopse of journey and the visa request.
