Important Information

The Ghana High Commission has introduced a new online visa application form, which can be accessed using the lonk below - This form is mandatory from Monday 6th June

Please note that when completing the online visa application form - under the question of DELIVERY - please select - COUNTER SERVICE- NOT POSTAL.

the embassy will not accept application from Key Travel if POSTAL SERVICE is selected.

Visa are now only available to collect in the afternoons

A letter of invitation is now essential for all business visas to Ghana
 

Tourist Visas

Single entry - 3 month validity

Multiple entry - up to 2 year validity

2 fully completed application forms, must be signed by applicant

Plus 1 photocopy

You must have an online appointment, which must be submitted with your application. Key Travel will only be able to submit visas on the appointment date and time given.

Passport Must be valid for three months beyond exit and have three blank pages with two of the pages facing each other
Photographs

Two passport sixed photographs - must be on a white background and taken within the last six months

Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth

Processing time Standard Applications takes a minimum of 7 working days. 24hr and 72hr processing services are also available at an additional fee.

Notes

If passengers travelling are under the age of 18 a letter of consent to travel from the passengers parents must be submitted.
Exceptions for non-UK passport holders

Evidence of UK residency - this must be shown as a valid UK visa in the passport.

This is not applicable to EU nationals

UK Business letter

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

  • On company headed paper
  • Include the full name of applicant
  • include the name of the organisation to be visited.
  • specify the the visa request
  • Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
  • Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.
Letter of Invitation  A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting
  • must be on company headed paper
  • Include applicants full name.
  • State purpopse of journey and the visa request.
Exceptions for Non UK passport holders
