There is no need to submit the passport with the application. The applicant will need to take the tourist card with them when they travel. The tourist card is valid for one entry and is valid for use for 180 days from the date of issue. It permits a stay of 30 days in the country and can be extended for a further 30 days. |
| Exceptions for non-UK passport holders | If you are not an EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Africa or USA passport holder you will need to submit a photocopy of your UK visa which will need 6 months validity on it beyond the intended stay in Cuba. |
