There is no representation of this destination in the United Kingdom. All applications are processed via our office in Brussels.

An overseas courier fee of £80.00 will be charged in addition to the embassy fee and Key Travels processing fee.

One passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months

Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth

Cost

Single entry - 92.35 EUROS

Visa costs are quoted in Euros. The total expected cost in GBP will be emailed to you in the confirmation once we have received the application.

Business Letter

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

  • On company headed paper
  • Fully addressed to the embassy
  • Include the full name of applicant
  • include the name of the organisation to be visited.
  • specify the the visa request
  • Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
  • Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.
Letter of of Invitation

A letter from the person the applicant is visiting.

  • Must be on company headed paper
  • Include the name of the appicant
  • State the purpose of journey
  • Specify the requested number of entries
