Single Entry - Two month Validity

Three passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months

Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth

A letter from the applicants employer which musy contain the following

• Be on company headed paper
• Include the full name of the applicant
• Comfirm the applicant is an employee of the company
• Specify the purposr of journey
• State the applicants expected date of returning to work
• Be signed and dated from someone other than the applicant

Single entry - £40.00 + 12.5% post office fee = £45.00 

Double entry - £52.00 + 12.5% post office fee = £58.50

We now have to pay for the visa using a postal order so the above fee include the post office charge.

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

• On company headed paper
• Include the full name of applicant
• include the name of the organisation to be visited.
• specify the the visa request
• Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
• Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

• must be on company headed paper
• Include applicants full name.
• State purpopse of journey and the visa request.
