Due to the Ash Cloud from the Grimsvotn volcano in Iceland, flights to and from Scotland and some flights to and from Northern England are affected at present.

If you are travelling to or from the affected areas in the next 48 hours, you can call your usual reservations team and press option 9 to speak to our dedicated ash cloud team.

• Be prepared for disruption, but do not be alarmed at this time
• Be aware of who to contact within your organisation, in the event of being stranded
• Ensure you have sufficient access to funds to pay for additional hotel accommodation and sustenance                  
• If you have pre-existing medical conditions ensure that you carry enough medication to cover yourself for an extended trip
