The Fish Philosophy is about finding ways to create a fun and happy workplace whilst maintaining a strong commitment to excellence. This is a philosophy that we live at Key Travel. Fish! is a book that focuses on both boosting morale and improving results within the workplace.
Based on the Pike Place Fish market in Seattle, it is a heart warming story of success through great customer service. We ask all our new people to read Fish! as part of their induction so that everyone can understand the great fun philosophy and sing from the same page in creating an enjoyable atmosphere in our workplaces.
In order to maintain this, we have a Fish! committee in each of our offices. These are made up of volunteers who want to get involved in initiatives that reflect the Fish! philosophy, and continue to enhance our environment of motivation and success. All of their initiatives are a huge success and have so far ranged from organisational feats such as sports days, bingo nights and badminton tournaments to a pick me up doughnut for everyone on a Friday afternoon!
